Fee Schedule

SCHEDULING FEES ARE DUE AND PAYABLE ON RECEIPT OF YOUR SCHEDULING LETTER.

SCHEDULING FEES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.

Mediated Cases in Litigation

All cases are scheduled for half-day sessions.

Justice of the Peace Courts and Municipal Courts	$15 per party
County Courts at Law and District Courts	$100 per party
Court of Appeals	$100 per party
Federal Courts	$100 per party
Out-of-County Cases	A $50 surcharge is added to the fee per party in any case filed in an out-of'-county court. No cases are accepted from counties with their own dispute resolution centers.

A $25 RESCHEDULING FEE WILL BE CHARGED TO ANY PARTY REQUESTING THE CASE BE RESCHEDULED.

Mediated Cases Not in Litigation

Initiating party from Dallas County:

A $15 fee it charged to the initiating party at the time of intake.

An additional $15 is charged to the initiating party on receipt of the scheduling letter.

Initiating party from out of Dallas County:

A $50 fee is charged to the initiating party at the time of intake.

An additional $50 is charged to the initiating party on receipt of the scheduling letter.

Other ADR Services

Moderated Settlement Conferences - $100 per party

Arbitration - $200 per party Arbitration

Waiver of Fees

Fees are waived in cases referred from Family Court Service, Criminal Courts, District Attorney, Juvenile Department. Sheriff's Department, Police, Legal Aid of North Texas, any department of Dallas County government, and the Attorney General's office.

No fees will be charged for parties represented by pro bono legal service.

Fees may be waived for any person who certifies to the Executive Director inability to pay.

Returned Check Policy: A fee of $15 will be charged for each check returned for insufficient funds.
